We understand that some of our guests may need special care, our dedicated staff will be happy to discuss your pet’s need to make their stay as comfortable as possible. We can administer most medications, vitamins and special dietary requirements and are also experienced in animals who need special care and handling, such as nervous pets, rescue animals or those with behavioural problems.

Please let us know about your animal’s needs in advance so we can have everything in place for their arrival to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

We believe all animals should get the care and attention they deserve however we may decline a booking request or reserve the right to cancel a booking based on medical or behavioural grounds. Or we may require further animal history from your veterinarian/animal behaviourist relating to the physical health or emotional well being of your companion.

We may also recommend, if we have any concerns, that your companion is booked in for a pre-paid short stay with us to explore their surroundings and to enable our team have time to learn more about your pet prior to a full booking being made.  A small fee will apply to administer any veterinary approved medications.
