Our canine guests are accommodated in our five-star rated boarding facilities, providing a total of 12 individual kennels in a range of sizes to make sure your pet’s stay is as comfortable as possible.  If you have more than one family dog, you can take advantage of our extra-large kennels. We understand that separating dogs will feel unnatural and could unsettle them, so this way they can stay safely together in our friendly and secure facilities

Each kennel has its own sleeping and living space which is lovely and cool in the summer and heated in the winter, as well as an access hatch to an individual, covered, secure outdoor area, so they can stretch their legs should they want to during the day.

We also provide each kennel with a comfy bed, bedding and toys, but you are also welcome to bring in any toys from home to help your furry friend settle in and enjoy their stay.

Standard room service is twice a day which includes kennel cleaning, bedding turn down service and breakfast or dinner.  A range of quality food and treats are provided.  You can also provide your own food if you prefer, if your dog has special dietary requirements and this will be carefully labelled and kept separately within our designated food preparation area. Please note though, we are unable to provide a raw food diet to any animal in care as we are unable to store or handle raw food due to the increased risks relating to the health and safety for both your pet and our team. If you pet is usually fed a raw food diet, we ask that you consider a transition to an appropriate food before their reservation, to reduce the impact of dietary changes during their stay.

Once room service is complete for all our guests the fun begins.

Our team of animal companions will also make sure your dog has plenty of time for both dog naps, walks and playtime, making use of our large grass, fully fenced exercise field next to the kennels and in our beautiful woodland walk area.  Our approach to caring for our guests is very much on an individual basis, according to their preferences, so whether they want extra fuss and attention or quiet time, we can accommodate their breed and behaviour requirements to ensure they enjoy their stay with us.
